Pursuant Articles 2 and 3. 13 and 14 of 2016/679/EU Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") VALENTINO SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Holder'') with registered office in Zona Industriale Località Pantaniello, Pettoranello del Molise (IS), 86090 - P.IVA 00083640946, informs you that your personal data collected at the conclusion of the contract with the Customer and/or in the context of the execution and/or conclusion of the contract will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, to guarantee the rights, fundamental freedoms, as well a-s the dignity of persons, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity.

We inform you that if the activities provided to you require the processing of personal data from third parties, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with what required by the law with regard to data , in order to legitimize their processing by us.

We inform you that pursuant to art. 4 of the Code and GDPR the Data Processor is VALENTINO SRL.

 

The finalities of treatment

The processing of your personal data, directly supplied by you, is carried out for the conclusion of any contract with you.In compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, the data will be stored, collected and processed by the holder and his authorized, for the following scopes:

- fulfilment of contractual obligations, execution and/or conclusion of the contract with the Customer and/or management of any pre-contractual measures;

- fulfillment of any legal obligations, fiscal provisions deriving from the performance of the activity of this enterprise and obligations related to administrative activities;

 

The provision of data for the aforementioned scopes is optional, however, any failure to provide the data itself and the refusal to supply it, would make impossible for the company to perform and/or conclude the contract and to provide the services requested by the Company.

Data may be disclosed to third parties appointed as processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and in particular to banking institutions, insurance companies, to providers of services strictly necessary to the performance of the business, or to consultants of the company, where this is necessary for fiscal reasons, administrative, contractual or for requirements protected by the regulations in force.

Pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR, "in charge of processing" (hereinafter also "in charge'') are appointed. Appropriate operational instructions shall be given to the persons in charge, if any, with particular reference to the adoption and compliance with security measures, to ensure the confidentiality and security of data.

The Customer is invited, pursuant to art. 33 of the GDPR, to report to the Data Controller to the above-mentioned contact details any event from which a potential "personal data breach (data Breach)" to give the possibility of adopting any action taken to counter such an event.

 

Treatment method and storage time

Your data are collected and recorded in a lawful and correct manner for the above-mentioned finalities in compliance with the principles and requirements of art. 5 c 1 of the GDPR.

The processing of personal data takes place through manual, computer and telematic tools with logics closely related to the same objectives and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the assignment and also subsequently to enforce or protect their rights or for administrative scopes and/or to execute obligations deriving from the regulatory framework and legal acts applicable and in compliance with specific legal obligations on data retention.

As an interested party, the following additional rights may be exercised under Articles 15 and 16 of the GDPR:

 

a. authorizing the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations;

b. asking for the rectification or erasure of personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to oppose their processing;

c. claiming the right to complain to a supervisory authority;

d. Where the data are not collected from the person concerned, the interested party has the right to check all available information on their origin;

e. The interested party has also the right to obtain cancellation if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR are met.
