Our story begins in 1952 in the new bakery and pastry shop of the
Valentino family in Isernia. Here, one morning in March, our family made their first Easter Colomba by combining natural yeast, freshly milled flour, fresh eggs, pure sugar, freshly candied orange peel and almonds.
Many people, drawn by the perfume of baked goods, begun to crowd in front of the oven: the first of many successes of Valentino products.
After about ten years, due to the high demands of products coming from alla over Italy, a bigger facility was build in Isernia. In 1978, with even more requests coming in, there is the need to move again, this time to the Industrial Area of Pettoranello del Molise, just a few kilometers from Isernia, where the possibilities for expansion were greater.
From here, the Valentino family produce baked goods every day, made only with fresh ingredients, chosen with the same care of the past, loved all around the world.
